SBP commercial was established in 2006 in response to the growing internationalization of the German real estate market.
Our team includes real estate agents, analysts, project developers and financing specialists with many years of experience, as well as a well-attuned back office team. In addition to this we also cooperate with a network of engineers, architects, artists and lawyers in a project-related manner.
Our activities are focused on our clients – who have our full commitment. As a client, you will benefit from our extensive real estate business know-how, but also from various analyses, appraisements and property surveys, right through to real estate development and the investment and/or portfolio strategy, as well as market entry consultancy and the arrangement of financing. The central criterion of our actions undertaken in the process is the sustainable value enhancement of our clients' real estate holdings.
Besides high net-worth private individuals, our clients most of all include institutional investors such as funds and retirement funds, foundations, banks and law firms, whose clients we support and advise in all real estate issues.
